Unfortunately, there is no proper structure here and no HR team whatsoever. Complaints and suggestions for improvement are ignored by management, and what Juliet says goes, even if it means wasting money. Money is spent on a lot of unnecessary purchases and mistakes, with no real care or system for validating or making improvements to become more efficient with donations. You will find this company has a very fast staff turnover, particularly in the campaigns department with basically a yearly turnover of the entire team.
