Toxic culture with pushy focus on finances - Sales and Marketing Viva Solutions Employee Review

Please don't listen to the negative comments regarding Viva Solutions, as the 2 years I worked there were nothing but positive. From training, to professional and personal progression led by management, to a great team culture where the job is a highly rewarding one, both monetarily and skills-wise, Viva is awesome. Viva is not "Shady" in the slighest as other reviews may imply, it's an vibrant, dynamic, diverse & well paying job where your needs are listened to, and met. I would recommend Viva to absolutely anyone wishing to kickstart/advance their career in sales. The 2 years I worked there were awesome and cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I am not an active employee, therefore the fact this review is so positive should be an indicator.

Absolutely none in the slightest!

No Pros! Location is the only positive about this place.

The company operates on a pyramid-style based model that takes advantage of young and inexperienced job seekers. They lure candidates in with promises of career growth and high earnings, but in reality, the job consists of long hours, unpaid training, and unrealistic sales targets. The work environment is extremely high-pressure, with little to no base salary, meaning employees rely solely on commissions. There is also a strong focus on recruiting new people rather than developing existing employees, making it feel more like a revolving door of underpaid workers rather than a legitimate business. If you value job security, fair pay, and a professional work culture, I highly recommend avoiding this company. There are far better opportunities out there that actually respect and invest in their employees.
