You know what you are responsible for everyday (functions are clearly identified). You can have day offs during the month besides your main vacation, so you are not overloaded. There exists a good bonus system for permanent employees and the salary is higher for them compared with the Armenian labor market average.
Cons
There's a stagnant condition in sense of personal growth, as there are no new openings and growth is possible only in case of somebodies of a higher position job quitting. Contractual employees are not that much satisfied as they are not provided with lots of benefits that permanent workers have.
