      Pros

      Great diverse team. No one day is like the next. Challenging clients, lots of satisfaction from different types of projects firm has involved me in. Strong associate team, open line of communication with management, and #1 whiskey Friday!

      Cons

      Not enough global cross utilization. For global company, I would love to spend time in other offices

      Provides a great place to grow your career - excellent set of clients, both B2B and B2C - interesting project work - integrates strategy and creative teams - minimal hierarchy - strong mentorship / career manager structure - really smart people

      Cons

      Vivaldi provides most training on the job but could benefit from more structured content/trainings for the team

      Senior partners are quite smart and teach well; senior leadership are academic and focus on teaching proper brand strategg

      Cons

      Culture and pay isn’t great. Some partners are great, but some folks have friction with senior leaders
