the pros I would have to say that they are pretty laid back on dress code and the culture is great.

The cons are that the hours and management can be a little much.

There was a great atmosphere within the team. The current store manager is quit stressed but very nice and extremely professional. Five people were working in this shop. We all benefited from the advantages of working in a big group (lunch coupons, transportation cards, discounts in other shops from Vivarte)

The new merchandising Policy doesn't give any freedom to store managers regarding the layout of their store which can be extremely frustrating for those wanting to express their creativity.
