      Very supportive and friendly company culture. Employees at all levels are happy to help with issues and the company is a strong supporter of self improvement and learning. Lots of smart people within the company and because it's small, every person is important.

      Cons

      Small company, so there are sometimes limitations to knowledge base within the company. Some jobs require a lot of travel which can be tiring.

      The company has created a set of values in which to empower its employees. The company does a good job of carefully selecting the individuals to be a good culture fit.
