There is no 'micromanaging' at all. This creates an environment in which employees are able to work to the best of their ability, and it shows - Flexible hours, ability to work from home, and lots of holiday days
Cons
- Hours can sometimes be long based on project demand, and things will sometimes "pop up" that will require you to work late unexpectedly. However, this is not outside the norm for consulting, and hours at Vivid are probably still better than most management consulting firms.
