Great Workplace - Executive Assistant Vivid Ink Graphics Employee Review

Vivid has great people, fast paced but laid back atmosphere, and pretty decent oportunity. If you are willing and want to learn, they do not hesitate to teach. Very flexible if you have any issues outside of work.

The interview process is a bit lengthy. They take a lot of stock in the 4 or 5 tests that you take.

Pay was okay, and coworkers are super helpful

Supervisor lacks communication to the point where you are just relying on your coworkers, health insurance sucks, can’t really take full breaks unless you want it docked from your pay, it takes forever to move up in chain (also not a lot of opportunity with no positions like leads or managers- just have normal employee and supervisor positions)
