Pros

Pay is good, also if your not working at entry they take care of you. Once your past the summer tech job, you may move up to FSP or season FSP where you get put in an apartment and you get to choose your own hours.

Cons

Working at entry level, your basically treated like dirt. They send you out for the summer, some where random in the US. Make you pay for your apartment stay 400 Dollars a month. Sales reps are constantly walking all over you and treat you like your there slaves. There is never a good relationship between the reps and techs, thats just something you have to work with. ALSO THE DRIVING. the amount of miles that you put on your car is outrageous i went from Tampa-Connecticut- south carolina-georgia (back and forth)- back to tampa- west virgina- Georgia all in one summer.

Pros

There is free lunch on site, which is usually just a hamburger, or some sort of shredded meat on rice and beans.

Cons

There is increasing amounts of corporate red tape personal biases which have killed the innovative culture. Getting things like a half decent computer are near impossible. There is more and more pressure to take quality shortcuts in order to make cheaper devices to hawk to customers.
