Cons
1. Make sure you read offer letter carefully. If you resign, They will give your full n final settlement after 90 working days. Please note, Its NOT 90 calendar days, Its 90 working days. Means Saturday / Sunday and any festivals are not included in these 90 days. So almost, You will receive full n final settlement in 3.75 months that too after multiple reminders. While in other companies, This period is at max 45 calendar days.
So if you want to leave this company, Just abscond it rather than resign.
2. Other disadvantage is, Salary gets credited on 10th of every month.
