Pros

Good company to work for. They promote from within if you show willingness and motivation. Senior management pushes employees to produce the highest quality of work. If mediocrity is more towards your work ethic/skill you would not enjoy this job as no management would settle for it. The work and supervisors get frustrating at times but if it was easy then everyone would do it and we'd be just any other company. Instead, we work hard thus instilling pride in the company name and the work we produce. The senior management, to include CEO, will get highest quality work out of you and will not accept anything but. The work environment I've experienced is great. Probably my favorite part of the job. A lot of young, highly intelligent minds that are interesting to work with and for. Vizient makes a lot of gestures to show their gratitude for hard work. Typically via food but the employees appreciate a lot of these small gestures. It seems to go a long way. A lot of personal satisfaction comes from working for an industry leader but it comes at the cost of hard work.

Cons

Always tight deadlines but a lot of that is customer driven. We strive on customer service so this is just always going to be the nature of what we do.

Pros

Many very good teammates, pay is good, Good benefits

Cons

Leadership seems to change direction every few months in the last 3 years or so. Many layoffs; many feel that their job is at risk all the time. In the past it seemed like leadership cared about the employees, and having a work life balance. Cannot express a differing opinion even though that is something they preach all the time. You will be treated very differently if you voice an opinion. Very much depends on your direct leadership. People on constantly moves around to different positions and teams. This leaves people edgy and frustrated. Change is understandable to stay relevant, but much of the change made no sense to those outside of leadership.
