Not sure there were any. As a small team we worked hard. But it felt right doing so.

Casual setting, great team environment. Nice office in Harvard square. Fun Friday outings with everyone. Company growing quickly and product is useful.

Limited opportunities for growth without computer science / IT background, but that's to be expected. Some uncertainty about what will happen to the company in the future.
