Cons

Extremely toxic workplace spearheaded by disorganised and overtly dishonest management who lie through their teeth and are arrogant enough to think no one is smart enough to see through them.

Pros

It would be a place to work if you wanted to gain some work experience working for a company that about 20 years behind in corporate mindset and telecommunications infrustructure.There are a few highly skilled employes there.

Cons

Small business with a huge ego. Beeing Sydney based they probably think they are the ones that run the country, even the those ones that recently landed on 451 visas.

Pros

- Free street parking - Quiet location with shops nearby

Cons

- Team leaders and management continue to make promises, however never deliver on them. - No training to improve skills as VoIP think of employees as a cost to be minimised and not an asset to be invested in and developed. - Below average pay, and you don't realise how bad it is until you get your markets worth elsewhere. - Quality of people that are hired are based on minimum pay and not skill, meaning you're constantly cleaning up their errors. - Poorly run IT department and Service Desk. - Career progression = none
