Pros

1.) Whenever I am up for reassignment, my agents have gone above & beyond to get me placed & I couldn't appreciate that more! 2.) Communication; If there's an issue or I just have a question, someone always gets back to me.

Cons

1.) Turnover rate: I've been contracted with Voca for just about 2 yrs & I've had 3 different agents since originally signing on.. No introduction. Just dropped & handed over to the next agent in line. 2.) Payroll: Last year, my entire check was electronically deposited into someone else's account. It took 5 days to get the issue corrected. I've had to stay extremely vigilant regarding payment discrepancies. The difference in pay periods between this particular facility & Voca has definitely been an issue. 3.) Voca has all of my documentation in the system as far as resume certifications, degrees, BLS, etc. I shouldn't have to continually re-send all of this every time I am to be submitted for a new assignment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I read every review of Voca personally, and I take concerns about our culture seriously — even when an experience doesn't reflect the workplace we work hard to build. I won't get into individual situations in a public forum out of respect for everyone involved, but I'd genuinely welcome a direct conversation if you're open to one. You have my personal email or info@myvoca.com . Either way, I appreciate you sharing, and we'll keep working to be a place our team is proud to be part of. — Tara Knaup, CEO, Voca Healthcare
