I have been working with them as a part time field service technician and never faced any issue with the payment, communication or any other stuffs. Office employees are always very helpful and easy to communicate. Lots of work, so many opportunity to earn more if you are ready to put effort than it's a very good place to earn more..

I hard some bad reviews even in Glassdoor but my friend told me not to mind these reviews and better check it yourself, so far I did not faced any hard situation over here.

I believed the biggest challenge at Vodastra would stem from a lack of systems. However, I quickly realized that inflated egos, office politics and administrative incompetence would prove to be bigger obstacles. These dynamics are not conducive to innovation and productivity. Due to ambiguous lack of policies ,procedures, NSF CHECKS ,LACK OF PAYMENT , and the inconsistent application and enforcement of both, I was deprived of fair and equitable treatment. I did not receive fair pay or sometimes late payment for the work I was held accountable for, even after three requests for reevaluation of the job title and description against what was actually required out of the position.
