I worked with an amazing group of nurses, CNA’s and techs and it used to be a wonderful place to work. I began working there in 2022. We felt supported, appreciated, were given free meals, etc. ** used to be very positive. All of that changed approximately 6 months ago when a new CEO was brought on board.
Cons
CEO literally said in a company meeting recently that “nursing wasn’t rocket science.” They cut staff, got rid of CNA’s and wanted two nurses on shift for 40 patients with admits, discharges, patients detoxing, etc. very unsafe for both patients and nurses (and your license). No breaks, free meals went away, very shady stuff going on with management and the patients being brought in.
