Some of the supervisors are great, they understand that the break time given as full-time is too short and part-timers even less, so they might give some time off the phone to clear your mind or just as an extra break.

Good salary for a call center, the people are nice, good workplace environment, opportunity for growth

Very short training period for a very mentally demanding job, very short break and lunch periods when on the floor, non-stop calls no matter what.
