The flexibility to work remotely and during hours that fit your schedule; the warm, talented staff, the innovations
Cons
Being privately-owned makes some decisions take a little more time than might be experienced elsewhere, and direction of a product or product line may adjust suddenly at any time.
The company has some dedicated and patient employees that are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Leadership is fundamentally broken. There is disagreement at the top for direction. Ultimate direction is decided by fiat without evidence of benefit to the company. Executive oversight does not hold the CEO to account for decisions. Communication from leadership is cagey secretive, and conspiratorial at the best of times, and at the worst of times, accusatory of expectations without setting clear goal, silent about direction and intent, or completely chaotic.
