As VSI has continued to expand, we are pleased to have seen even more team members promoted and taking on new challenges in recent months. We have also recently made further improvements to our performance management and objective setting processes and we have invested in a wide range of online business and technical courses for our entire London team, to complement and build on the existing internal training we provide. These improvements are enabling even more opportunities to gain new knowledge and skills, and providing additional opportunities for career growth across the team. We are pleased to be seeing a positive and sustained recovery in our industry and we are recruiting for several new roles to grow capacity and ease pressure in particular areas of the business.
