Work life balance is good; you are encouraged to turn your work phone off when you are not at work, eg out of office hours, weekends etc.
Cons
Applied for flexi time due to a disability. Manager told me outright 'you won't get it'. Had to place a formal grievance to get reduced hours. Quite ironic really.
Misled about where mileage was paid from. Appears you are only eligible once you are inside your service area; if you live outside of this, you could end up driving 20 odd miles each way BEFORE you can claim mileage.
