Nice place to work but a bit chaotic - Anonymous employee Voiceworks Employee Review

Voiceworks can be described as a work place for open-minded people, where processes are dynamic, colleagues are friendly and environment is international. Experiments are welcome, same as high motivation, great ideas and wish to develop alone with the company. Company does make an effort into developing employees via constantly providing wide range of trainings and coaching.

Sometimes the growth in the company goes faster than the processes, but we seem to deal with it nicely now by adopting innovative methodologies

Innovative and progressive company culture, founders always wants to go forward fast! There are a lot of oppertunities for learning.

Lack of focus in management objectives for the longer term towards employees and customers, therefore there is a lot of insecurity and demotivation with employees and a high level of dissatisfaction with customers. Level of communication and social skills of management/founders are very low...this makes it hard to work for this company!
