Pros
The Hydro business is going through changes and the company is making important chances in order to be more competitive. I believe that in the short term the company will once more find its way to success. The company values are strong. In Brazil there were some big changes in the board of directors, and I am confident about it.
Cons
I think that the company could promote more the development of its employees, from the technical point of view but specially from the human soft skills.
