I genuinely tried to find something worth highlighting, but I can’t think of a single thing. This is the only company I’ve worked for where I’m unable to identify even one positive aspect of the experience.
Cons
My experience at this company was deeply disappointing. The culture is dominated by inflated egos and a lack of accountability at every level of leadership. Management is resistant to feedback, often deflects blame onto others, and seems more interested in maintaining control than addressing the root causes of the company’s ongoing decline. Turnover is alarmingly high, and it’s clear why. There is little to no support for employee development, and morale is consistently low due to the toxic leadership style. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to prospective employees seeking a healthy, growth-oriented work environment.
