Pros
I came in without a lot of experience but the right mindset. I had been interviewing at a lot of marketing companies who said I seemed like a great fit but was always told I didn't have enough experience despite my years of schooling. Volare was not only willing but excited to help me acquire and perfect a range of new skills to help build my experience and expertise in the marketing world!
Cons
It took a lot of effort to keep progressing and learning! It felt like a challenge all the time to keep growing my skillset but at the end of the day it's really what I was looking for!
