Can't really think of a pro... Does good employee pricing count? Free long distance calls because they use cheap internet phones to save every possible cent? I was able to work on my own vehicle after closing time....

No management structure of any kind, just owners who think they know better than anyone else. Owner's sons are the worst slackers you've ever seen, but are paid like executives. Lots of petty squabbling, backstabbing and office politics that you can't avoid- especially when the owners are the worst culprit! Good employees are suspected of plotting a coup, while terrible employees are rewarded for their implorable behavior. Picture working in a Monty Python movie, where nothing makes sense. SMHing is a favorite exercise.

Wheels and tires at cost. Pay is decent for level of work required. As long as you can get someone to cover your shift you can pretty much take as much time off as you like.

You are treated like second class citizens by management. Communication between staff and management is pretty much non existent. Virtually no training provided.
