The staff at this place is one of the best I’ve ever seen, they truly care about the people that come in their doors and are so so sweet. Free lunches occasionally and nice perks like discounts on sunglasses, glasses, and lasik
Cons
Dr. Vold specifically is an awful boss. Working with him is truly like being in an abusive relationship. He will scream at his employee, is consistently 2 hours late (which he will then blame on other staff), and will actively ruin people’s mental well being for even saying no to him. If any other doctor ran that place it would immediately be a breath of fresh air.
