ok its fine, It was an online intern so you can work from home

But since it was an offline intern they made me work like crazy

1. Learn by doing : Volibits offers you opportunity to learn by directly working on the industry projects. 2. Supportive Staff: Staff is very supportive especially Dhruva Sir and Kriti are always there to guide and to help whenever we are stuck. 3. Decent Pay : This was my first company after working for 2 years in manufacturing and I didn't had any prior experience nor I was expert in web development. Still Dhruva sir gave me opportunity to work with him with decent stipend. 4. Timely pay with Gifts: inspite of being a startup, Volibits always pays the salary to its employees and also offer gifts & bonus on special occasions like Diwali.

No serious cons, it's a growing organization and I am sure they will excell with time.
