HR unwilling to provide reasonable adjustments - Anonymous employee Volkswagen Group Employee Review

During a mental health flare up, HR were completely unwilling to put reasonable adjustments in place to allow me to work from home more, simply stating that I was contracted to the office. They did not appear to care about their legal obligations, let alone care about the treatment of employees.
