Customers are horrible but pay is decent - Automotive Service Advisor Volkswagen Group Employee Review

The customers are by far the worst ones I've ever dealt with. I have worked for 3 different VW stores and can confirm that they all believe they drive a Mercedes. The price of repair and maintenance is higher than what these customers can afford. They can barely afford their car payments and there is a level of intellect that they lack. You are getting a certain type of individual. Majority of their vehicles will reek of weed. They are the most demanding customers and have learned that if they throw a fit and get loud, then they will get it for FREE.
