They are bosses instead of leads. - Management does not care about the team leads' attitude (maybe they have no choice other than sticking to the available local workforce). - Technical competency of senior staff is average at best and they don't like it when you're better or offer a more valid argument! - Very noisy office environment that resembles a gathering rather than a work environment. - HR department's main activity is limited to hiring, with no perspective about improvement and getting feedback.
