Pros
People here are super nice and very helpful. Whether it be different departments, everyone seemingly collaborates with open ears and arms. The company understands work-life balance and respects their employees time and efforts. Company culture is also a huge plus, they seem to care about their employees and want the best for their careers. A safe space is created around inclusiveness and that's rare to find in this day and age in the tech industry.
Cons
As this company is still scaling and growing, there's not much negative things to say at the moment. Everything is a work in progress.
