Lack of clear structure and defined processes in the finance department; too much manual work. Communication between teams is often slow and unorganized. Onboarding is not properly structured, making it difficult for new joiners to adapt. Mentors have very limited time for interns, so it’s hard to learn or receive proper guidance. Most of the team members seem occupied with personal discussions or non-work activities during office hours, which affects focus and productivity. Some employees show unprofessional behavior, creating an uncomfortable work environment. Feedback and recognition are minimal. Career development opportunities for interns are unclear or missing.

Interesting engineering problems and overall great vibe in the company. Very talented people from many disciplines.

Pressure cooker environment occasionally wears you down but brings motivates to be more efficient.
