      Amazing work life balance. Awesome group of people to work with. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      State has not caught up with pay and cost of living. It is about 30% lower than it should be. Leadership does is limited by budget to do what they should do to keep up with resources for the school.

      Learn valuable skills on teaching other academic disciplines Able to review concepts not recently reviewed Nurturing environment Fairly relaxed on most days (especially in early semester)

      Can be easily swamped come finals Easy to become overwhelmed when dealing with high math concepts Students can become hostile when under stress
