The organisation's values (inclusive, compassionate, empowering, positive and straight-forward) really shine through in daily interactions amongst colleagues and in how the work is carried out in the community. Huge importance is placed on EDI values and work-life-balance and employees are valued and recognised.

Some roles/projects are funded only on a very short-term basis, so employees come and go regularly, which makes it hard to build effective teams and achieve long-term goals.
