      It can be challenging to find personal time during programming periods but the staff is willing to help you find that.

      Pros

      Loved working with the people at VIA. They are all so clearly passionate about the work they do and it creates a wonderful work environment that motivates you to go to work everyday.

      Cons

      Leading some of the programs can be hard because of the long hours, but I think in the end it's rewarding.
