Pros

Decent benefits package, ETO, overall good coworkers depending on what team you are on

Cons

Layoffs everywhere, people being forced into resigning or being told they don't have a spot under the chaotic reorg. The whole place is falling apart. "Merit" increases were just given but not everyone in our department got one. Explanations given made no sense and varied from person to person. Top tier management made poor strategy and launch decisions and now everyone is paying for it - but we are all pretty positive they received a nice bonus and increase. Company sets you up to fail with unattainable goals. Even when you stuggle but find a small win, you are shot down and told you need to do better. There is zero morale and everyone is walking around worried they will be the next person cut. People are dropping like flies and long-time employees are shocked at what this company has become. There's also no room for advancement in most departments and moving to another is not as easy as they make it seem.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Pros

Great team of colleagues. Employee who are focused on ensuring their best. Excellent collaboration between teams. Colleagues who will look past the negative culture and continue to do their best for the company.

Cons

Culture & HR team who are clueless about global teams and work strategies. Focus on how many days and hours are spent in the office, rather than quality of work delivered. "You are being tracked by HR" has become the new way of life with the new culture. Total lack of communication after announcing job cuts are coming, due to awful truck sales and loss of market share in USA. Heavily bloated VP structure.
