Pros
The company values are great and the work is interesting. The product range is also great with a lot of new ambitious projects.
Cons
There are a lot of inefficiencies in the internal processes because the organization is also too complex mostly in engineering and too many people could have their say into any decision. It makes the whole thing to move very slowly. On top of this it is discouraging many good people from trying to stretch themselves. At the moment too much attention is set on reduction of operating cost instead of focusing on key projects. It looks pretty much like micro management.
