Pros

Great location in North Carolina. An International company with great recognition in the auto/commercial truck industry. Great cafeteria. Some very nice people who also like to do work. They will pay very well.

Cons

Not enough enthusiasm about creating the next great product. The contract/consultants do most of the work with little help or direction from the direct hire staff. The value of the consultant/contract worker is pretty low. Management in U.S. is not in sync with Sweden therefore it can be misunderstood or a complete breakdown in communication. Leadership needs to be more proactive and more experienced on the U.S. side. A lot of insecurity and inexperience amongst direct hires therefore, they will feel threatened if there is change or challenge to status quo.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Pros

Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

Cons

I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
