Pros
Generous vacation time, generous Holidays, good surroundings. Fairly well run company. An esteemed company.
Cons
Combative systems are poorly chosen and consume too much time. Some people can be difficult to work with. Some management is inept and poorly trained. Genuine experience and knowledge not necessarily appreciated and conversely people with poor knowledge and poor mangement skills somehow have been promoted to management positions, especially within cab engineering.
