Pros
There is a very laid back feeling. Especially within operations. You are free to pursue your own goals, and you have the ability to work where and how you want.
Cons
Things are a little too loose. There appears to be no structure, follow-up, or accountability. The aggravations of the more with less strategy are amplified by the lack of knowledge and structure of those higher up.
