Due to the lack of oversight and the need for living, breathing bodies it's easy to get away with being lazy, if that's your thing and you like to bring down your team.
Cons
Poor management, lack of communication on the tech side about known issues, sad implementation of new features, 99% focus on revenue, 1%focus on working or improving technology, lack of concern for work/life balance, mediocre compensation, and an overall depressing environment to work.
