Pros
- easy to find your feet with a lot of helpful staff to work with - flexible working within reason means that life can be balanced well - can upskill pretty easily
Cons
- ELT and CEO are ridiculous, giving themselves large increases yet freezing/giving minimal compensation for their staff then openly slating people who challenge it in monthly meetings - promising incentives such as promotions and salary increases which get pulled away at the last minute. Every year I've been here. - new CEO has come across very poorly addressing the teams. Acting like we're unreasonable for wanting salary increases and says he didn't get one... I think some statements are truly misguided, when being on a very high CEO salary is very, very different to his staff that are getting crushed by inflation and soaring costs of living. I think the difference between receiving more disposable income and his staff now struggling to make ends meet is a very different scenario and it reflects very poorly on him comparing the two.
