      Most of the people are truly great.

      Cons

      ZERO work-life balance. Holidays, PTO, family emergencies, illness..you'll be required to be responsive and work on all of them as needed with an occasional "thank you" email sent to the whole team with nothing specific or thoughtful called out.

      Very flexible work schedule, great industry to work in, and coworkers are very welcoming

      Cons

      Company tries to do too much at one time, Management doesn’t recognize employees going above and beyond, the directors are more focused on advancing their career than helping solve problems for the business.
