Pros
Voodoo is a great place to work, development cycles are rapid and always focused on improvement over iteration. If you're fatigued of the slow development cycles at other companies then Voodoo is a great place to try new ideas quickly and learn constantly. This fast cycle does not equal rushed, as QA I work hard for every release but do not feel like I am crunching or stretched thin, the team treat everyone equally and fairly and I can see myself staying here for many years.
Cons
The fast paced environment may not be suited for everyone. If you are looking to join the company from a console/pc background then the fast pace may be a hard transition. As someone who came from console and was fatigued of long cycles, I found this change of pace to be perfect.
