Pros
Great place for remote work, it's refreshing to experience people and processes that embrace the power of remote instead of fighting against it. Moreover work-life balance is one of the best I've seen in my career. There is never an expectation of overtime or crunch. Everyone is very positive and accomodating of each others needs. In the current layoff heavy climate, I feel very safe working at Voodoo. Company doesn't like letting people go, instead finding them new projects if necessary. I've experienced this myself and was pleasantly surprised by the process.
Cons
Honestly I don't have many cons to list. Maybe fast-paced working environment can be too much for some people. But I personally enjoy that more than long, sluggish development cycles.
