Pros
My job at VGS was my first job. I worked here for almost 2 years and I totally loved working here. I still love this company so much that when I saw someone writing a fake review about this company on Glassdoor I couldn't resist but write a counter review myself too. The excessively friendly work culture and fun loving environment is something that you will not find in most of other IT companies in Lucknow. My whole team felt like a family to me. Celebrating together. Going out together. Working by sharing and helping each other.
Cons
In my 1.5 year of employment I could not find any thing that I do not like about this company. The people here were fantastic. My colleagues from VGS are still some of my best friends. Salaries are at par with other IT companies. Management is one of the best that I have ever seen.
