Pros

The management is helpful but for the developers. As a jr Business Analyst you will just make emails and complete the targets. Nothing to learn. This position is for an online bidder not business analyst. For a Business Analytst you need to more skills and efforts. Better try online certifications and then get interviewed at reputed firms in Gurgaon, Chandigarh (Only some, most of them are frauds),Bangalore and some companies in Noida. **Please Ignore Typos

Cons

The company forces the employees to write fake reviews. Most of the reviews are posted by the employees At the time of their appraisal. Otherwise no one had time to make reviews. And if it was such a wonderful company you would have surely heard about it. More than that they will hire you as a Jr. IT Business Analytst but you will be given a target to complete sales. I am a senior business analyst at a reputed multinational corporation with 350+ employees in noida office and cause of a major bad luck of mine, I had to join this company 2 months back. Dont waste your time on preparation. They are gonna hire you easily. I would suggest you to appear for certifications like Amcat, Elitmus, CoCubes etc. These will lead you to get verified opportunities and a handsome salary. I believe your dreams dont cost a 10k-12k. Take time think twice. **This reviews was posted from a mobile device and hence ignore typos.

We can confirm that this review is not from any of our current or past employee as the facts mentioned in this review does not match with the procedures of our company. It looks like someone posted a spam review mentioning random things which have no bearing on this company. The role of a Jr. IT Business Analyst in our company comprises of 3 parts - 1) generating business prospects, 2) analysing project requirements, 3) coordinating the projects. A Junior Analyst starts with prospecting and coordinating first and then move on to Advanced Business Analysis and Project Management over a period of time when they become seniors, not in just 2 month like the fake reviewer mentioned. There is no question of mentally pressurising any employee because we believe in nurturing each and every employee, keep improving them and never loose faith in them even if they do not perform well. We kept giving them mentoring sessions and discuss strategy to improve their performance. The reviewer's information is also wrong about salary. IT Business Analysts gets better salary then their Developer counterparts. The reviewer certainly is taking about some other company and not ours. Our salaries are one of the best in industry for deserving candidates. Also, when random people can have time to write a review about our company just to spam, then why can't our actual employees who are more like a family together have time to write reviews :) However, we would like to thank the reviewer for his earlier valuable advice to "Grow up" in his review which he later changed :) This company is growing at an incredible speed and our employees are growing with us. We will continue to increase this growth in the future too! He was also right in his previous unedited review that our employees always get their salaries on time and we focus more on output achieved rather than hours worked. The reviewer was also right in previously saying that we are not like a (ordinary, conventional) company but more like a Cafe, because we have such an amazing, fun environment and our office literally runs on Coffee! :)
