People first culture - you, as well as your colleagues are treated with a high level of respect. This is reflective in the monthly b-day parties when ownership will recognize individuals both for their individual' work as well as how they make an experience for others. Consumer products company - awesome products, especially if you're into sporting outdoors Receptive Ownership - Willing to listen to their employees. *You will be taken care of financially. Company doesn't penny pinch.
Cons
Lacks levels to the organization. New roles are consistently being created; however, if you aren't hired directly into a managing role you will see limited opportunities to advance your career. This seems to be true across multiple departments.
