Pretty much you have to be available 24/7. - There isn't a good management system in place. 80 % Of the Managers there aren't good managing their employees, leading to a high turn rate. - Disconnection between C-Suite and employees. - They (management) don't hold accountable themselves whenever it comes to why they aren't able to retain their talent, instead blaming it on ' Didn't fit the company culture' - The levels of Micromanaging are insane.
