      The people are lovely, the product sells itself The self employed field force are generally really nice people

      Cons

      Despite being Vorwerk UK, its really managed by Euopean bosses, who drive the direction whilst the UK ‘directors” purely implement their wishes. Horribly 1990s style, egos allowed to run completely unchecked Hearing comments such as “their too fat, get rid..” and “she looks the part, lets promote her, thats the image we want..” HR is a guy with extremely limited UK legislation knowledge Managers promoted with no management experience

      Great people, great food, good benefits, European owned so very cool and laid back

      Cons

      Pay is low and it’s kind of cult like cause they want you to really use and love the Thermomix which is their signature product. It’s a great machine but a little pricey.

      Good "hobby" if you love a Thermomix and meeting people.

      VORWERK expects you to work for free basically. For tax purposes, they report every little gadget you receive as an incentive for your monthly sales at an exorbitant price as part of your salary, Worst occupation ever from a financial standpoint.
